About the Role
We are looking for reliable and professional drivers to join our team. As a driver, you will play a vital role in providing safe, punctual, and high-quality transport services for our customers, including airport transfers, school runs, care home transport, and wheelchair-accessible journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Safely transport passengers to their destinations in a professional and timely manner
✔️ Assist passengers with mobility needs, including wheelchair users
✔️ Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
✔️ Maintain a clean and well-kept vehicle
✔️ Follow all road safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
✔️ Valid UK driving license with a clean record

About the Role
As a Passenger Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our passengers—particularly those with mobility needs—are provided with a safe, comfortable, and positive transport experience. You will assist passengers during their journey, offering support with boarding, disembarking, and ensuring their comfort throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Assist passengers in getting on and off vehicles safely, including those with mobility aids or wheelchairs
✔️ Ensure that all passengers are securely seated and comfortable during transit
✔️ Provide assistance to passengers with special requirements, including elderly or vulnerable individuals
✔️ Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and safe environment inside the vehicle
✔️ Report any incidents or concerns to the driver or management
✔️ Offer friendly and professional customer service, creating a positive experience for all passengers
Requirements:
✔️ Excellent communication skills and a compassionate attitude
✔️ Ability to assist passengers with mobility issues and provide additional support when needed
